SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
- Orders within the U.S.A are shipped freight free (yes, for real) by USPS ground.
- Orders outside of the U.S.A. will be charged freight depending on the location. Please contact our Customer Service at
sales@urbanswingersgolfclothing.com for your international orders and we will be glad to assist you.
Even though orders normally ship within 72 hours, most orders ship within 24 hours, if not the same day. Orders that are made on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. If you prefer to place an order by phone, please call us at (801)541-3670 and we will be glad to assist you. You will still need to provide us with your e-mail address.
RETURNS If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange. We offer a 14-day-exchange policy from the date of purchase on all products purchased from UrbanSwingersGolfClothing.com. In case of return, the product(s) must be returned in new and unused condition, and with all of its original packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee, but you will have to pay for shipping both ways. If you need to exchange any of your items, please contact our Customer Service at
sales@urbanswingersgolfclothing.com and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. All product(s) must be sent back to us accompanied with this Return Authorization Number for accurate tracking.
